Ruth Vowles
Head of Commercial Delivery

Since 2010 Ruth has been involved in insurance litigation, from managing operations dealing with a wide variety of civil claims to setting up ABS structures and managing transformation change projects.
On a day to day basis Ruth is responsible for growing the business, management of stakeholders and change.

Stuart Tait
Head of Legal Practice

Stuart qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined DLG Legal Services at its inception in 2014, having represented individuals seriously injured in accidents for nearly 20 years. Since 2014 he has acted as the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and also acts as a statutory director of the business. Stuart is responsible for the firm’s compliance with all legislative and regulatory obligations and for any interactions with Regulators and Ombudsmen as well as developing and managing the risk and compliance framework and supporting the business on wider strategic initiatives. The firm’s Data Protection Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Quality Assurance and Complaints Manager and Professional Development Manager all currently report to Stuart.

Anthony Sedgwick
Head of Finance

Anthony qualified as an accountant with Deloitte in 2001, before working in a property investment company, and then spending ten years in customer outsourcing at Capita where he advanced to finance director for one of the acquired businesses. He later moved into the legal sector, where he has been since 2017. In his current position, he holds the role of Compliance Officer for Finance & Administration, as well as that of statutory director for the company – and is responsible for all financial aspects of the business, which includes ensuring the safe handling of client money. He also leads the ‘MI’ team, who provide timely and relevant management information to the business in support of operational outcomes.

Andrew Wright
Risk and Compliance Lead (RCL)

Andy has worked in Legal Compliance/Regulation since 1999, previously working for the Legal Complaints Service (the predecessor to the Legal Ombudsman) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Andy has been RCL for DLG Legal Services since 2014. Andy is also the Data Protection Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Andy maintains the firm’s compliance registers and provides an update on the firm’s compliance position on a monthly basis to Risk and Compliance Committee. Andy provides advice and guidance to staff on all compliance matters that arise on cases. Externally Andy engages with our regulator the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and the various Risk Teams within Direct Line Group as required.
Outside of work Andy enjoys going to the gym, attending a dedicated spin studio and attending a variety of sporting events. The highlights of which have been seeing Andy Murray win Wimbledon in 2016 and being at Super Saturday of London 2012.

Hena Hussain
Professional Development Manager

Hena is our Professional Development Manager here at DLG Legal Services. Hena is a qualified solicitor and after gaining experience in claims handling, supervising and management, started her current role in November 2019.
Hena’s role comprises of Knowledge Management and Development. Knowledge Management includes horizon scanning for any upcoming changes to the law and practice, sharing knowledge, identifying and addressing training needs by either delivering training or arranging it and ensures that our teams remain able to complete their work competently. Hena’s development role includes advising colleagues on the available routes to professional development in legal and non-legal roles as well as mentoring learners to ensure they are supported by us as a company.
In addition to her role Hena manages our LinkedIn Account and is our Deputy COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice).
Hena loves exploring new places at home and abroad, attending fan events for films and TV shows and finding any excuse to dress up; the kids call it cosplay.

Lorraine Hone
Quality Assurance & Complaints Manager

Lorraine is the Quality Assurance and Complaints Manager. She manages a team of auditors who complete independent auditing of the operational teams within DLG Legal Services.
Lorraine and her team also oversee the firm’s complaints processes and handle all interaction with the Legal Ombudsman on behalf of the firm.
Lorraine has been in this role in 2018 but has worked for DLG Legal Services since its creation in 2014 and has been working in the claims industry since 2001.

Helen Lowe
Customer Response & Settlement Manager

Helen Lowe has been a manager within customer facing teams since 2006. Helen manages the majority of customer facing teams responsible for onboarding our customers. In addition, her role extends to managing teams who are responsible for the Settlement handling of claims and general administration work.

Nisha Patel
Senior Employment Litigator

Nisha is an employment law specialist. She obtained a degree in Law from the University of Sheffield and completed the Legal Practice Course at Manchester BBP Law School. Nisha qualified as a solicitor in 2016, however she has been specialising in employment Law since 2010
Nisha has experience of supporting both Claimant and Respondent clients in a wide range of employment law matters including, but not limited to, those related to Unfair Dismissal, complex Discrimination (on the grounds of Sex, Disability, Race, Gender, Maternity and Age), Equal Pay and Whistleblowing. She has extensive experience in guiding Client’s through the litigation process from start to finish offering clear, empathetic and pragmatic advice.

Lowri Jones
Senior Employment Litigator

Lowri has worked as an Employment Litigator since September 2015, dealing solely with employment law matters. She has a Graduate Diploma in Law and is consistently thanked by her clients for her empathetic and pragmatic approach to managing their claims. Lowri has experience in all areas of employment law, with particular focus on unfair dismissal and disability discrimination claims. She has successfully negotiated countless settlements for a variety of clients.

Nina Tavernier
Employment Litigator

Nina joined DLG Legal services in 2022, dealing solely with Employment Law matters. However Nina has been exposed to Employment Law matters since 2020. She is a Law graduate currently qualifying to be a solicitor. She has vast experiencing in Banking, Compliance and Finance. Martin Bailey
Contract and Property Litigation Team Leader

Martin is a solicitor and Team Leader of the Contract Team. He has experience in a wide variety of disputes, including property and contract disputes and currently specialises in contract disputes.

Barbara Likulunga
Senior Employment Litigator

Barbara qualified as a Solicitor in February 2018. Barbara joined the employment team in March 2023 and was promoted to a Senior Employment Litigator in January 2024.
Barbara deals with employment law matters at all levels with particular strengths in discrimination cases and working with vulnerable clients.
Initially working in human rights (immigration and asylum, and employment discrimination) this breadth of jurisdictional experience is an assett in terms of providing clients with clear advice, litigation strategy and obtaining good settlements and outcomes.

Tim Lane
Property Litigation Team Leader

Tim is a Team leader within the Property Litigation Team.
Tim began this role in August 2024 having previously led a team within the personal injury department since 2010.
Tim has experience in various areas of civil litigation in both the County Court and High Court. Tim manages a team of specialist property litigation handlers who deal with a wide range of matters, including, boundary disputes, party wall disputes, claims arising from trespass, claims arriving from nuisance, adverse possession, claims relating to easements (rights of way) and covenants.
Tim strongly believes that by providing regular training keeps his team armed with the latest legal knowledge to advise on any case referred to them.

Katie Glenn
Employment Solicitor

Katie is an employment lawyer in the employment litigation team. Katie qualified as a solicitor in August 2024 after completing her Training Contract at the top 100 law firm, Ward Hadaway LLP.
Katie joined DLG Legal Services in December 2024 and advises clients on all aspects of employment law. Katie has experience bringing claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE in the Employment Tribunal and she has a particular interest in women’s rights and ensuring the workplace is equal and fair. Katie also has previous experience advising and negotiating settlement agreements for clients from junior up to director level.
Katie takes a supportive, empathetic and direct approach with her clients when managing their claims.

Marcus Lee
Employment Litigator

Marcus is an employment solicitor in the employment litigation team at DLG Legal Services. Marcus joined DLG Legal Services in January 2025, having previously trained in an insurance backed litigation environment. Prior to working as a lawyer, Marcus taught law at university whilst completing his PhD. Marcus advises clients on all aspects of employment law and has experience in both claimant and respondent work.

Joel is the Team Leader for the Employment Litigation Team at DLG Legal Services. Joel qualified as a Solicitor in 2004, and from 2005 specialised solely in employment law on behalf of employees or workers.
Joel is known for his empathetic approach and commitment. Joel advises clients on all aspects of employment law and has significant expertise in bringing claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy and TUPE in the Employment Tribunal. Dean Drummie
Motor Damage Team Leader

Dean is a Team Leader within the Motor Damages team, taking up this role in 2019. Dean has vast experience in customer facing roles.
Dean is responsible for a team of up to 10 team members focusing on motor damage litigation services dealing directly with insurers and clients maximising team engagement performance and optimising utilisation of resources and caseload allocation with the aim of delivering the best possible customer experience whilst striving to achieve all financial and operational targets
Prior to Dean’s current role he has already held an After Care Team role between 2013 and 2018 and the role of Settlement manager from 2018-2019.
In my own time I run and play for an amateur football team. I have also participated in various runs for charity but have now reduced the distance and pace to long walks in the country with the family.

Dave Arthur
Motor Damage Technical Lead

Dave is a technical lead working in the motor damage team at DLG Legal Service and has been working in litigation since 2008.
Dave provides technical advice, coaching and training to a team of fee earners enabling them to build their own knowledge and abilities. As well as supporting a team of fee earners Dave has assisted in the development of the companies claims management system.
Dave has a keen interest in photography and has more recently become a drone enthusiast, creating aerial drone videos of locations he visits. Dave enjoys spending time with his family and keeping fit, Dave is a regular Gym user and has taken part in the Ride 100.

Ian Wilmer
Motor Damage Technical Lead

Ian is a technical lead working in the motor damage team at DLG Legal Service and has been working in litigation since 2005 with DLG Legal Services.
Ian provides technical advice, coaching and training to a team of fee earners enabling them to build their own knowledge and abilities. As well as supporting a team of fee earners Ian has assisted in the development of the companies claims management system.

Lamara Wright
Motor Damage Team Leader

Lamara is a Team Leader in one of the Motor Damage teams at DLG Legal Services. Lamara has been employed in the company since 2011 and has been her current role since 2017. Lamara is currently completing the Level 3 CILEX course with hopes to become a fully qualified legal executive.
Lamara has been an employee since 2011 where she started as a Settlement Unit Administrator. She then successfully applied for an ILR Motor Damage File Handler role in 2013 where she worked for a further 3 years. In 2016 Lamara applied for a Settlement Team Leader role where she remained for 2 years until an exciting opportunity arose in the form a Motor Damage Team Leader secondment role. Lamara successfully applied for this secondment role until she was made permanent in 2017.
Lamara leads a team of 7 file handlers and one Technical Lead. The File Handlers on average have around 90 cases which they handle from the Defence stage through to the final court hearing. Lamara day to day role consists of motivating her team to deliver high standards of service.
Lamara prides herself in ensuring she always responds to clients in a timely manner and endeavours to resolve any complaints without the need to escalate it.
Lamara loves spending time with her family and listening to music and has a keen interest in astrology.

Julienne Wong
Defendant Team Leader

Julienne joined the Defendant Motor Damage Team at DLG Legal Services in April 2024 as a team leader. With a robust background in international law and extensive experience in litigation, she plays a pivotal role in managing and training her team in Bristol, ensuring the highest standards of legal practice across a range of claims.
Julienne was called to the UK Bar in 2007 at Lincoln’s Inn as a non-practicing Barrister and went on to complete her master’s in international law in 2008. She then moved to Malaysia, where she undertook her pupillage in Corporate Law, Arbitration, Civil and Criminal Litigation. In 2013, she qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor for the Malaysian Bar.
Throughout her career Julienne has managed complex litigation, particularly in Road Traffic Accident Claims, including personal injury, credit hire, and motor damage claims up to the Multi Track level. Julienne now uses her legal knowledge and leadership skills to drive excellence within the Defendant Motor Damage Team, ensuring that her team is well-equipped to handle the complexities of modern litigation.

Linda Griffiths
Defendant Team Leader

Linda is a Team Leader within the Defendant Department and joined DLG Legal Services in September 2023. Linda qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and has years of experience advising on and defending RTA personal injury and motor damage claims both negotiating settlements and running to Trial.
Prior to her Team Leader role, Linda dealt with fast and multi-track cases up to a value of £300k. She now focuses on managing and technically supervising defendant motor damage litigators and training junior litigators.

Nikki Sutcliffe
Head of Defendant Operations

Nikki is the Head of Defendant Operations based in our Leeds office.
Nikki qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has since built a career marked by expertise, leadership, and a commitment to excellence. After earning her Law degree, Nikki gained invaluable experience managing her local MP’s constituency office and working as a paralegal in Singapore before returning to the UK to qualify as a Solicitor.
Nikki’s journey began as a pre-litigation handler, where she managed complex claims and honed the skills necessary for her transition to the Litigation department. There, she handled a wide range of personal injury cases, including high-value claims. In 2013, she was promoted to Litigation Team Leader and People Manager, a role where she excelled in guiding teams to success. Her dedication and strategic mindset led to her appointment as Head of Defendant Operations in 2024.
Nikki believes that exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and collaboration are the cornerstones of building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. She is also a firm advocate for “aiming higher,” striving to exceed expectations for clients, empower her team, and achieve personal growth. Alice Robinson
Solicitor

Alice is a personal injury and insurance solicitor having worked in the industry since 2010. Alice qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2021 and cross qualified as a Solicitor in April 2021.
Alice has worked at DLG Legal Services since March 2019 as a Senior Litigator. Alice has managed a mixed portfolio of multi-track cases including Road Traffic Accidents, Employer’s Liability and Public Liability. Alice has successfully resolved cases with values up £300,000.
Alice has previously worked for insurance companies and solicitors practice acting as a Defendant Litigator for personal injury claims and motor damage claims. She was technical manager for the motor claims department supporting the department in the resolution of motor claims and technical development of the department. She has managed a mixed portfolio of claims up to a value of £1,000,000. Ruchi Fowle
Solicitor

Ruchi is a Personal Injury lawyer in the litigation team. She qualified in 2001 and has specialised solely in Claimant personal injury law.
She has experience of dealing with complex claims including loss of earnings and unusual loss of chance claims such as the loss of developing patents and the loss of becoming a PGA professional. She is also well experienced in claims for disadvantage on the labour market, adapted accommodation, chronic pain, CRPS, fibromyalgia, brain and spinal injuries, and claims for provisional damages. She has dealt with allegations of fundamental dishonesty and represented clients in both the County Court and High Court.
Ruchi has successfully secured settlement in excess of £4.7 million for a husband and wife involved in the same accident.
Cases to note include a claim by a driver involved in the Shoreham Air Show disaster, a road traffic accident where the client suffered a ruptured aorta but survived with serious injuries, and a motorcycle accident resulting in below the knee amputation.

Simon Donkin
Senior Multi Track Litigator

Simon is a Multi Track Litigator in the Personal Injury litigation team. He has been with DLG Legal Services since 2020.
Simon has been involved in Claimant personal injury since the late 1990’s, with an extensive knowledge and understanding of complex injury claims. These include claims relating to fatalities, brain injuries and serious and permanent physical injuries.
Simon has particular experience of brain and spinal cord injuries and loss of limb claims that require adapted accommodation and the establishment of case management and care/support worker regimes. Simon has managed to secure settlement for one client in excess of £2.2 million. Simon further has extensive experience of pain disorder cases including fibromyalgia, somatisation and chronic pain.
Simon has an interest in claims involving allegations of fraud, including low velocity and phantom passenger claims, having trained junior fee earners in these matters previously. He is further experienced in cases where fundamental dishonest is pursued in order to overcome QOCS protection.

Zareen Riaz
Solicitor

Zareen qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and has worked within the Litigation Department since July 2021.
Zareen has handled both Defendant and Claimant work since the early 2000’s. Handling claims between £50,000 and £750,000
Zareen has a proven track record of handling multi-track and complex injury claims. These include claims relating to brain injuries, hearing loss, serious scarring, loss of limb and permanent physical injuries.
She has experience of dealing with a wide variety of claims that include road traffic accidents, credit hire, fraud, employer and public liability claims and low velocity.
Zareen has a real ability to understand her client’s needs from the outset and works collaboratively with them to obtain a good outcome.

Elle Wan
Solicitor

Elle is an experienced solicitor specialising in personal injury since 2000.
She has acted for Claimants and Defendants in multi track cases involving brain injuries, lower limb injuries, pain conditions, fatality and catastrophic injury cases.
Her experience means that she is able to provide practical advice to her clients and deal with complex medico legal issues.

Nigel Taylor
Dispute resolution Team Leader

Nigel Is a Team Leader in the Dispute Resolution Team at DLGLS.
He has a Distinction Diploma in Law in Accident Management & Personal Injury.
Nigel has been in the industry since 1990. He specialises in Personal Injury claims & Road Traffic collisions.
He manages a team of case handlers and a Technical Lead, as well as looking after the supplier relationships for our Medical Agencies.
He is also actively involved in intercompany discussion facilities, with a view to resolve any disputes.
Outside of work Nigel likes to keep himself active. He runs, cycles and takes part in running races and Triathlons.

Matt Smith
Dispute resolution Team Leader

Matt is a Team Leader in the Dispute Resolution department at DLG Legal Services, his team is based across our offices in Leeds and Bromley. Matt has held the Team Leader role since July 2015 having previously worked in variety of positions within the motor industry since 2008. Matt has previously worked in both claimant and defendant roles, he is passionate about personal development and takes great pride in mentoring and developing his staff.

Duncan Irons
Dispute resolution Team Leader

Duncan is a Team Leader in the Dispute Resolution Department at DLG Legal Services. Beginning in 2002 as a Motor Claims Negotiator and moving into Personal Injury work in 2003, Duncan has a foundation in being able to process claims efficiently and in turn achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
In 2014 Duncan became a Team Leader at DLG Legal Services, where he has led by example, instilling in his teams the importance of building relationships with their client’s by keeping their promises and commitments.
This is documented with a record of success with regard to engagement scores from his team members and correlating in to consistently high NPS scores from their client’s.
Duncan’s hobbies outside of work include a keen interest in History and Archaeology along with continually adding to his vast Music collection.

Lisa Stephenson
Dispute resolution Technical Lead

Lisa has been dealing with RTA personal injury claims since 1999. She has knowledge and experience of dealing with Part 7 and MOJ claims and now oversees claims in both the MOJ and OIC portals.
Over the last 2 years Lisa has overseen a team of claims handlers dealing with RTA personal injury claims. These claims are split between Official Injury Claims and MOJ claims valued up to £25,000.
Lisa enjoys long walks with her dog Pablo and spending time with her family and friends. She really loves the theatre, particularly musicals and try to go see as many shows as possible.

Debbie Frost
Dispute resolution Technical Lead

Debbie has worked in the personal injury legal sector since 2001. She currently works as a Technical Lead on the Dispute Resolution team. Her day to day role includes overseeing a team of people dealing with both MOJ and OIC claims personal injury claims. Debbie shares her knowledge and assists the team with any technical issues such as liability and litigation. Debbie overseas claims up to a value of £25,000.

Ray Johnson
Dispute resolution Team Leader

Ray is a Team Leader in the dispute resolution team at DLG Legal Services.
Having held this role since April 2024 he oversees a team of personal injury handlers dealing with official injury claims, MOJ and non MOJ claims.
Ray has worked at DLG Legal Services since its creation in 2014.
Prior to his Team Leader Role Ray was a Technical Lead, advising file-handlers with regards to court proceedings, court applications, valuing personal injury claims and general advice for clients progressing their claims for uninsured losses.
Ray has extensive experience within this sector, having worked in a file-handling role since 2009, with claims up to a value of £25,000.
Ray has a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of assistance to both his colleague’s and client’s.

Kirsty Thewlis
Litigation Team Leader

Kirsty is a Team Leader within our Litigation department. She studied CILEx in the early parts of her career and more recently gained a Level 3 Qualification in Leadership and Management with the Chartered Management Institute.
Starting her career as a file handler dealing with Personal Injury claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents, Kirsty has dealt with a vast and varied number of cases since 2002, advising customers on various disputes, securing successful settlements for them and providing excellent customer service throughout their journey.
Since 2002, Kirsty has been dealing with RTA PI claims, with 7 of those years being in managing a team of file handlers. Studied CILEx and has a Level 3 Qualification in Leadership and Management.
Leading a team of 14 employees across 2 locations to deliver not only the business objectives, but also their vision and purpose in providing a great and inclusive customer service.
Kirsty has been a Team Leader in both our Pre-Litigation and Litigation departments, and she also spent 15 months as acting DLG Legal Services Quality Assurance and Complaints Manager. Having held a variety of positions in the business, it gives Kirsty a unique insight into many areas of the business which helps with not only leading her team but also in helping those customers who still cross Kirsty’s path.
Kirsty enjoys reading, music and spending time with her family and two children, going on days out in their free time and camping during the warmer months.

Fae Plant
Litigation Team Leader

Fae is a Litigation Team Leader based in our Bromley office. Fae has worked for the company since it’s inception in 2014. She began her career in the settlement team and moved on to the motor damage team and finally the litigation team.
Fae secured role as Litigation Team Leader and People Manager in 2019 and manages a team of 12 Litigator’s and a Technical Lead.
Whilst team management is key in Fae’s day to day work, she thrives on collaborating with all departments across DLG Legal Services to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible for our client’s and business.
Fae is passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers who often come to us at a very difficult time in their lives. She understands the importance of providing quality legal advice to ensure the best possible outcome.
Fae enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to read a variety of books from Harry Potter to Martina Cole and enjoys doing puzzles to relax.

Faizaan Hussain
Litigation Technical Lead

Faizaan is a Technical Lead in the Litigation Team at DLG Legal Services overseeing a team of Fast Track and Multi Track Litigators with caseloads consisting of claims involving Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers Liability as well as Product Liability and Accidents Abroad. Faizaan began dealing with Personal Injury Claims in September 2008. The day to day role involves checking court proceedings, applications, valuations and offers outside the litigator’s delegated authority as well as assisting with general queries.

Christopher Deakin
Litigation Technical Lead

Chris has the oversight and supervision of, and providing guidance to, a team of litigators (claims handlers, legal executives and solicitors) dealing with all types of personal injury claims.
Chris has worked within the personal injury sector since 1994, taking on a litigation role in 1998. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and vast experience gained in West End and City law firms handling all levels and types of personal injury claims (including public liability, employers liability, motor, product liability, assaults, accidents abroad, food poisoning, sporting injuries, and injuries caused by animals)
Chris has particular experience in handling claims involving severe injuries, complex causation / liability issues, and those involving allegations of fraud and deals with claims up to a value of £500,000.

Rachel Winfield
Litigation Team Leader

Rachel is a Technical Lead in the Litigation Team at DLG Legal Services. Rachel specialises in Personal Injury.
Her career started in 2006 as a file handler. Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and became an Assistant Team Leader, which evolved into her current Technical Lead role, in 2014.
Day to day Rachel provides technical advice to litigation file handlers, reviews court documents, conducts research into legal issues and keeps up to date with the latest legal developments.
Rachel provides technical advice on road traffic accident, employers and occupiers liability cases.

Amy Wearmouth
Dispute resolution Technical Lead

Amy is a Technical Lead within the dispute resolution department, a role she has held since April 2024. Amy joined DLG Legal Services in 2016, handling personal injury claims up to a value of £25,000.
Amy has a Master’s degree in international human rights law via university of York, which she achieved in 2020. Since then Amy has completed the solicitor level 7 apprenticeship. The apprenticeship enabled Amy to complete SQE1 and 2 to qualify as a solicitor in March 2024.
In Amy’s spare time she likes to wind down through either bouldering (rock climbing) at the local climbing wall, reading and keeping up to date with podcasts on various topics!

Irfan Khan
Solicitor

Irfan is a member of the multi-track team at DLG Legal Services dealing with personal injury matters. Irfan qualified as a personal injury solicitor in June 2010. Irfan works exclusively as a claimant personal injury solicitor specialising in complex personal injury claims resulting from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, slips or trips.
Irfan specialises in helping people who have suffered brain and/or spinal injuries and severe orthopaedic and/or psychological injuries..
Irfan represented a client who had suffered serious orthopaedic and brain injury, securing compensation in excess of £400,000.00.
Irfan has successfully taken claims to trial where necessary and acted for claimants involving complex arguments in relation to medical evidence and quantum.

Diane Robertshaw

Diane joined DLG Legal Services in May 2022 as a Multi-track litigator. Diane qualified as a Solicitor in 2016. She has experience in both Claimant and Defendant litigation, as well as counter-fraud.
Diane has managed a mixed portfolio of cases. These include Motability claims, Road Traffic Accidents, Employer’s Liability and Public Liability up to a value of £500,000.00 and include brain injuries, hearing loss, complex pain and fatality cases.
Diane also has experience in mentoring aspiring lawyers and training junior members of staff.
